The COMET Sorter is a cassette to cassette with OCR front and back scribes functions, notch alignment and SECSII communication
It can be used with a standard database recipe, in manual mode "drag & drop" or/and with Gem-SecsII interface

From 350 WPH to 600 WPH.
Clean-concept Class 1
Compatible 6" and 8" wafers (same machine)
Compatible thin wafer up to 180µm on 8", 150 on 6"
Can handle Teflon, PP and Metal cassette also 26 slots
